These terms govern your access to and use of the RepoVault website and services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. About RepoVault
RepoVault (“RepoVault”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Qu-Ten Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. RepoVault is a subscription platform that aggregates publicly available information about repossessed and mortgagee-in-possession properties in the United Kingdom.
We are a data aggregator only. We are not an estate agent, broker, auctioneer, solicitor or financial adviser, and we are not a party to any property transaction.
2. Accounts and subscriptions
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Paid plans (Starter, Investor and Agent Pro) are billed monthly or annually. A 7-day free trial is available; unless cancelled before the trial ends, your chosen plan will begin and your payment method will be charged automatically.
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, resell, redistribute or bulk-export our data except where expressly permitted by your plan (for example, CSV export or API access on eligible tiers).
You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable or impair the service.
4. Accuracy of information
Listing information, guide prices, auction dates and property details are compiled from third-party public sources and may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate. You must independently verify all information before acting on it.
Guide prices are indicative only and are not a valuation or an offer to sell.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RepoVault is not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on information provided through the platform, or from any property purchase decision you make.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
