1. Data we collect

Account data: your name, email address and password (stored in encrypted form).

Subscription data: billing details and payment records, processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.

Alert & usage data: the search criteria, saved properties and alert preferences you set, plus basic analytics about how you use the platform.

2. How we use your data

To provide and maintain your account and subscription.

To send property alerts and service communications you have requested.

To improve the platform and for security, fraud prevention and legal compliance.

3. Legal bases

We process your data on the bases of contract (to deliver the service you sign up for), legitimate interests (to operate and improve the platform), consent (for marketing alerts, which you can withdraw at any time) and legal obligation.

4. Sharing your data

We share data only with trusted processors who help us run the service — for example, our payment provider and our email delivery provider. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can delete your account or unsubscribe from alerts at any time.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences, and limited analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
